One rental day is a full 24-hour period, counted from the time you pick up the bike.
Do I need to leave my passport?
No. We request a photo of your passport or ID for the rental process, but we do not keep the original document.
Is there a security deposit?
Yes. The refundable cash deposit is generally 2000000–5000000 VND depending on the bike. We explain the exact amount before confirming your rental.
Can I ride outside Hanoi?
Our city rental vehicles are intended for use within Hanoi. Please contact us before planning any longer trip.
Can you deliver the bike?
Delivery may be arranged in Hanoi for an additional 50000 VND, subject to location and scheduling.

How long does charging take?

Can I swap the battery?
Battery swapping depends on the model. Check the bike details and ask VBike to confirm the process, locations and any applicable fees.
Where do I provide my rental information?
Use the rental information form linked from the contact section. It opens VBike’s existing Google Form and may require Google sign-in.
